New Hampshire Route 49 (NH-49) is a short east-west highway in central New Hampshire in Grafton County north of the Lakes Region. It runs from Campton to Waterville Valley.
The western terminus of Route 49 is in Campton at the junction with US-3. The eastern terminus is in Waterville Valley at the center of the town. The road is locally named Waterville Road. Total length of NH-49 is approximately 12.6 miles (20.4 km).
