New Hampshire Route 38 (NH-38) is a short north–south highway in extreme southeastern New Hampshire. It is the main road that connects Pelham with Salem.

The eastern terminus of Route 38 is in Salem at the junction with NH-28. The western terminus is in Pelham at the Massachusetts state line. The road continues into Massachusetts and becomes Route 38. In Pelham the road is locally named Bridge Street. Total length of Route 38 is approximately 8.9 miles (14.4 km).
