New Hampshire Route 33 is a short east–west highway in the Seacoast Region of the U.S. state of New Hampshire. It is the main road that connects Stratham with Portsmouth.

The eastern terminus of Route 33 is in Portsmouth at the junction with U.S. Route 1. The western terminus is in Stratham at the junction with Route 108. Total length of Route 33 is approximately 9.5 miles (15.2 km).

The road from Stratham skirts the south side of Pease International Airport and runs into downtown Portsmouth. In Portsmouth the road is locally named Middle Road.

The entirety of Route 33 was once the easternmost section of Route 101 before it was re-routed along former Route 51 from Route 108 in Stratham to Hampton Beach.
