New Hampshire Route 27 (NH-27) is an east–west highway in southeastern New Hampshire. It runs from the town of Hooksett, east to Hampton Beach on the Atlantic shore.

The western terminus of Route 27 is in Hooksett at the junction with Route 28/US-3 north of Manchester. The eastern terminus is at the junction with Route 1A, which runs along the New Hampshire coastline. Most of the section of Route 27 between Hooksett and Raymond was once Route 101 before its four-lane expressway was built in the 1980s, and Route 101B for a time after that. Additionally, the section between Route 43 in Candia and the eastern junction with Route 107 in Raymond (Route 107 shares pavement with Route 27 in Raymond) is now Business Route 101, although it is rarely (if ever) signed as such as of 2006. Route 101 in Epping and part of Exeter again became part of Route 27 when that section of expressway was complete in the late 1990s. East of what is now Exit 9, Route 27 follows former Route 101C (the number was changed in 1990 due to confusion between Route 101C, Route 101D in Exeter and North Hampton, and Route 101E in Hampton. 101D is now the easternmost part of Route 111, and 101E remains but is poorly signed). Total length of Route 27 is approximately 37.7 miles (60.6 km).
