New Hampshire Route 202A (NH 202A) is an east–west highway in Strafford and Rockingham counties in southeastern New Hampshire. It runs from Rochester southwest to Northwood. The highway forms a northern loop of US 202, from which NH 202A derives its number.

The eastern terminus of Route 202A is in the center of Rochester at the junction with NH 125, where it starts as Main Street. The highway continues westward, crossing US 202, toward Bow Lake in Northwood, where it turns south. Its western terminus is at the junction with US 202. Total length of NH 202A is approximately 14.4 miles (23.2 km).
