New Hampshire Route 140 (NH 140) is an east–west road in New Hampshire. It runs from Tilton to Alton.
The western terminus of Route 140 is in Tilton at the junction with US 3/NH 11. The eastern terminus is in Alton at the junction with NH 11/28A (Main Street). In Alton the road is locally named the Frank C. Gilman Highway. Total length of NH 140 is approximately 21.3 miles (34.2 km).
