New Hampshire Route 125 (NH-125) is a north–south highway in Rockingham and Strafford Counties in southeastern New Hampshire. It runs from Plaistow north to Milton. Despite being a two-lane road, NH-125 is a major north-south highway with heavy truck and tourist traffic especially in the summer months when it's used as an alternate route between I-495 in Haverhill, Massachusetts and the Spaulding Turnpike in Rochester, New Hampshire.

The northern terminus of Route 125 is in Milton at the junction with NH-16. The southern terminus is in Plaistow at the Massachusetts state line. The road continues on into Massachusetts and becomes Route 125. Total length of NH-125 is approximately 52.2 miles (84.1 km).

In the Rochester-Milton area the highway, known locally as Milton Road, parallels the Spaulding Turnpike, running between the turnpike and the border with Maine.

In the Epping-Barrington area the highway is locally known as the Calef Highway named after the locally famous Calef's Store in Barrington.
