New Hampshire Route 121A (NH-121A) is a north–south highway in Rockingham County. It runs between Chester and the Massachusetts border in Plaistow.
The southern terminus of NH-121A is at the Massachusetts state line in Plaistow. The road continues for approximately 87 yards (80 m) into Massachusetts and then ends at the junction with Route 125, which is a continuation of NH-125 in Haverhill. Where NH-121A crosses the border it is locally named Main Street, as it is the main street of Plaistow.
The northern terminus of NH-121A is in the town of Chester, at the junction with NH-121. Total length of Route 121A is approximately 15.2 miles (24.5 km).
