Nevada State Route 564 (Lake Mead Drive) This is Lake Mead Drive from Interstate 515 to the Lake Mead National Recreation Area via Henderson. This route replaces what was formerly part of Nevada SR 146 along Lake Mead Drive. As of June 2002, Nevada SR 146 exists only from Interstate 215 west to Interstate 15 (Exit 27).
