Nevada State Route 207 or the Kingsbury Grade is an 11.2 mile (18 km) road that connects U.S. Highway 50 at Lake Tahoe in Stateline, Nevada and Nevada State Route 206 in the Carson Valley. It runs uphill from Lake Tahoe through Kingsbury, Nevada and then down an escarpment to the Carson Valley floor where it intersects with Nevada State Route 206 (Foothill Road).
