State Route 161 is a state highway in the U.S. state of Nevada, running along Goodsprings Road from Goodsprings to Interstate 15 at Jean. State Route 604 continues east on the other side of I-15 to old U.S. Highway 91, and then turns north along old US 91 to Las Vegas.
Until the 1976 renumbering, SR 146 was State Route 53. That route, defined by 1935, continued west to the California state line near Sandy Valley, and east to old US 91 at Jean.[2]
