- Southern California desert live action comedy Cops parody shot in 2000. The video explores the Star Wars legacy and specifically about Luke Skywalker's youth. Imperial troopers get a 911 call to control a familiar blond uncooperative Tatooine forcefull teenager. Cast and crew were volunteers from the 501st Storm Troopers[1] fan club and volunteers from the professional film industry. Its most memorable video element is having Jawas and Tatooine residents coming in contact with Imperial army troopers in desert locations. This video was extensively premiered at sci-fi conventions and on Internet.

- This is a Star Wars legacy live action Vhs video comedy shot in 1970's. Rebel and Imperial appliance spaceships battle each other for the galaxy supremacy. Its most memorable video element is effective use of 'flying' kitchen machines. This video was extensively screened at sci-fi conventions in past twenty years.

TCAPFONOIP-The Close And Personal Friends Of No One In Particular, a Dr Who Club.
- November 1990, "The Close And Personal Friends Of No One In Particular" was started, so named because of the great affection for ALL of Gallifreyan The Doctors, not just for Jon Pertwee or Tom Baker. It is a Southern California based Doctor Who of the national 'Friends Of Doctor Who' chartered organization. This social group, TCAPFONIOP made fan videos, reproduced Doctor Who props, wrote fan fiction, recreated costumes, played cricket, and went on scifi road trips monthly. This club's lead council assisted with the "Doctor Who U.S.A." exhibits traveling 'road tour' that came to Los Angeles, 1987. TCAPFONIOP club's elected council members were ex-council members of the Doctor Who club council of the Time Meddlers of Los Angeles club. +++

- Scifi Modelers Club of New Zealand, now called Stella Nova [11], Essex Productions, and Medalstone Pictures produced this live action video drama in New Zealand in 1993. It was called "Yesterday's Essex, Tomorrow's Command". Some club mebers and USS Essex video crewmembers (Thomas family) are Internet available for their video production recollections by contacting them at their homewebsite [12]. Some club members and this video's main production crew, including Philippa Boyens[13] moved into the professional film industry ranks by working on the Lord of the Rings trilogy.+++
"Yesterday's Essex, Tomorrow's Command"
- This fan film live action video drama was produced by Essex Productions, Medalstone Pictures and the Scifi Modelers Club of New Zealand currently renamed Stella Nova[14]. It was produced in New Zealand in 1993. The story takes place in the TNG age, but has a plot twist that allowed a full TOS Constitution Class bridge set to be featured with Klingon and Ferengi plot complications. This story involves the constitution class starship centenary federation celebration at planet Pastel 5. While traveling to the planet, a ship's distress call causes aliens to interfere. Some little seen USS Essex production still photos are shared here from the project[15]. This USS Essex full size portable TOS bridge was very accurate. This vintage TOS bridge set's construction & exhistance came well before most of the other fan film's main starship bridge sets available today.+++
USS Angeles Star Trek Fan Videos
- USS Angeles club staff and members produced a video series called "The Voyages of the USS Angeles". This southern California Star Trek club's 'video production committee' lead the effort. Some of these Star Trek VHS episode show titles were 'Dreamers', 'Q In the Dark', 'Price of Duty' and 'A Little Night Music' ('98). Stories involved Star Trek's Deep Space Nine stations. Hidden Frontier's Areakt Productions first cast & crew grew out of this progenitor Los Angeles Fan club video series effort. Also early production help and assistance was supplied by The RedShirt Filmette Series [16]staff. These show tapes are not currently available to the public on the Internet due to studio copyright re-use problems and worries. These VHS videos are available to only club members and cast & crew for a small price.+++
"A Little Night Music"
- This USS Angeles club produced fan video episode, 'A Little Night Music' ('98) featured the Baku race[17]. It's home planet was threatened by a mysterious traveling destructive temporal rift. The diminsional rift unknowingly contained a new alien 'time dimension traveler/explorer' race called, The Locurians. Some show photos are shared here. [18]. This dramatic project of the TNG time period featured many club member volunteers as cast and crew. A. Genovese [19], a club member and actor was asked to guest-star play as the 'Locurian' alien time rift explorer.+++
- Redshirt Blues
- D. Rogers [20] in 2000 brings to us a TOS comedy satire. The video covers major Star Trek Redshirt folklore. A veteran cynical older security crewman reveals his 'Death Duty Truths' to his younger over enthusiastic security comrade and fun problems occur. The dialogue is embedded Star Trek and other scifi trivia and jokes. This live action video was featured on the Scifi Channel 'Exposure' fan video screening show [21].+++
- The RedShirt Filmette Series, 'Life Insurance' #201
- A southern California live action 'filmette/short' video series shot by the volunteers and Cine Productions 2000 [22]. This filmette series explores the TOS Redshirt_(character) traditions sometimes with full comedic parody. It's origins was as an official USS Angeles club video project, sponsored by the club's active production committee members that included the show's producer and crew. This VHS tape series has been debuted at many major scifi conventions since 2001. Some other events that screened this video are Shoreleave Con [23] and at MikomiCon [24] in USA. Several west coast sci-fi conventions have screened this video. The video has been premiered through European fan clubs like the International Science Fiction Federation [25]. The RedShirt video has been awarded prizes in several video competitions in the Los Angeles area. Two additional filmettes are in current production, titled "Our Honored Dead" and "Everyday". +++
RedShirt Filmette, "Life Insurance" #201
- This Cine Productions [26] 2000 [TOS] Star Trek fan video parody episode, 'Life Insurance' ('00) featured a comedic character as 'The RedShirt'. The plot starts off with a planetary distress call, a landing party beam down, and then...problems? Chris Esquibel plays the lead bewildered redshirt security crewman. The rest of the TOS landing party members are played by well known scifi fan and costumer Max Cervantes, Mark 'Vulcan, Mr. Scobek' Schuber [27], Cliff 'Helmsman' Gardner, and G. 'Doctor' Thorpe. K. Moss, M. Mason, M. Storer were cast members. The special guest star is the scifi fan 'extrodiar' and LA's scifi convention planner, Jay 'Santa' Smith. Technicians on the project were; with camera John 'Braveheart' Wallis, with M. Mason, J. Whiting, J. Cole with on set assisting. This fan film's planetary locations matched typical early Star Trek filming locations of Vasquez Rocks. Some additional show info is shared at. [28]. A So Cal pro-actor and Trek club 'video production committee' member [29], directed this project to it's finish. +++

- This is a German language live action video production group of Redi Production. Rene Von Bodisco [30] has made additional Star Trek videos since this first video. (Borg War 2, the Romulan Factor and Borg War 3, then Atlantis) This German language video lives in the TNG time period, revolving around William Riker and deals with the Borg moving into Earth's sector, 001. +++
- Mystery Science Theater 3000: Star Trek V.
- This is a live action comedy [Mystery Science Theater 3000] parody video shot in Washington state by Ryan K. Johnson [31]. The Satellite of Love's fun inhabitants make Bill Shatner's film something to see a second time. It spoofs William Shatner film direction of Star Trek V:The Final Frontier.+++

- Starship Exeter
- An online series of live action videos, produced by fans Jimm and Josh Johnson, which focus on the adventures of the starship Exeter (NCC-1706) in the TOS era. One episode has been released, the second one between July 1st and August 19th of 2005, and a third is in production. Their first episode, 'Savage Empire' debuted ('02) with the extensive use of interior starship sets and the video was made more complete with it's many Human, Klingon, and Andorian characters. +++
