NetFlixFraud is a guy from the west coast of the USA. He does not tolerate injustice, deceit, or fraud.

Tthis is not POV. It is NPOV fact shared by thousands and it will remain in the Netflix article, though I'm open to rewording:

NetFlix continues to defraud customers: claiming "rent 'as many DVDs as you want'", when at the same time contradicting the marketing claim in their TOS. Promising one thing, and delivering another is bait & switch. This is fraud. It would be more accurate for them to claim "we'll send you as many DVDs as we deem you ought view based upon your aggregate viewing habbits".
