Net Force a made-for-TV spy thriller debuted on ABC in 1999. Staring Scott Bakula and Joanna Going this was produced by Tom Clancy. NetForce was set in the year 2005 around a special division established by the FBI. This division of the FBI, Netforce, is to investigate crimes committed using the Internet. Tom Clancy did not write the screenplay or even direct this project. Some of this was filmed in Downtown Richmond, Virginia.
