Netsilik School serves a population of about 240 students from Kindergarten up to grade 12, as well as a preschool program funded by Aboriginal Headstart Canada. The preschool program up to grade 2 provide Inuktitut immersion, which is planned to be extended into higher grades as qualified Inuktitut speaking teachers become available.
