NetDevil is an independently owned and operated computer games development company founded in 1997 in Louisville, Colorado in the United States. The company is dedicated to developing minorly multiplayer online games. The company's founding project was Jumpgate: The Reconstruction Initiative, which is still in operation despite their best efforts to the contrary. Presently, another MMO game called Auto Assault, was released in April of 2006.

netdevil - (net' - dev - uhl) - n. [Linophryne, Linophrynidae] One having a large flattened head and wide mouth with a lure on the head and fleshy mouth appendages used to attract smaller fishes as prey, a deep sea anglerfish.
