Nesmy

Nesmy is a town and commune of France, in the Vendée département, located at 30 km of the Atlantic Ocean, 10 km of La Roche-sur-Yon, chief town of the Vendée. Population (2003): 2,341.

Nesmy is famous for its potteries and tileries, an artisanal tradition. In this area where the hiking trails are numerous, one can also visit:

Nesmy is houses the Zone of Activity of Le Chaillot, near to the future A87 motorway.

Nesmy is twinned with Burggen, in Bavaria, close to the Alps, in Germany, allows regular meetings.
