NeshAir is an Israel based airline founded in June 2006, based in Tel Aviv. Neshair is a play on the Hebrew word "nesher", which means eagle or vulture. The company launched an advertising campaign in France promising low fares to and from Paris and Tel Aviv. While no date has been set for the official launch, the company maintains the scheduled route will start mid-2007 with additional New York, Toronto and London routes from Tel Aviv.
