Nepenthes × pyriformis (Latin: pyrus = pear, -forma = shaped) is a natural hybrid involving N. inermis and N. talangensis. It is known only from Mount Talang in Sumatra, to which N. talangensis is endemic.

Plants of this hybrid were originally identified as N. dubia by Jebb & Cheek (1997), because of their similarity to that species. In 2001, Shigeo Kurata described specimens of this hybrid as a species (Nepenthes pyriformis), although this interpretation is not followed by Clarke (2001).
