Neophobia were a thrash metal band from the Western Suburbs of Sydney, Australia. Neophobia's line-up throughout the years included drummers Chad Bartosik (who would later join Cryogenic} and Graham Goode who has performed for other Sydney heavy metal bands including DeadSpawn, Infernal Method, Dark Order, and Dungeon
The band released two albums, "Fear of The Future" and "Nothing" on Underground Metal Label Warhead Records and split up in 1997. Following the split, Steve Barron, Nathan Howie, Andrew Howard and Matt Wright went on to form The Downside.
