Nell Scovell is the creator of the television series Sabrina, the Teenage Witch. She also wrote The Simpsons episode "One Fish, Two Fish, Blowfish, Blue Fish". Her other TV writing credits include Coach, Monk, Murphy Brown, Charmed, Newhart and a few others.
