Nekoda is a name in the Bible, found in Ezra 2:48,60 and in Nehemiah 7:50,62 According to Ezra 2:60 he had 652 descendants and according to Nehemiah 7:62 had 642 descendants. Nehemiah 7:61-62 (and Ezra 2:59-60) tell a little bit about him "And these were they which went up also from Telmelah, Telharesha, Cherub, Addon, and Immer: but they could not shew their father's house, nor their seed, whether they were of Israel." In other words he couldn't prove that he was an Israelite.
