Neil Sanderson is the drummer of the Canadian rock band Three Days Grace. A native of Peterborough, Ontario, he is also a noted philanthropist.

The band's first self titled album reached the Canadian Top Ten, the top 100 of the U.S. Billboard 200 albums chart, and number-one on Billboard's Top Heatseekers chart.

He is currently touring internationally spreading the message featured on the band's second album, One-X. The music on his second album features themes dealing with personal identity, effectively dealing with relationships, and also raises questions concerning the existence of fate on the track “Time of Dying” where the lead singer Adam Gontier suggests the possibility of choosing one’s own free will to overcome death.

He and lead singer Adam Gontier both were guests on MuchMusic's MuchOnDemand.
