Neil Buchanan (born October 11, 1961 in Aintree, Merseyside) is an English television presenter & Producer. He is best known mainly for his work on CiTV on the programme Art Attack, a children's television programme that he has presented since it started in 1989. He has also presented Finders Keepers (1991), It's a Mystery (1996), and appeared in ZZZap! as Smart Arty from series 1-9. He has two children, a daughter named Molly and a son named Freddie.

He was also in a band called Marseille, who made two albums and 5 singles and also provided backing vocals for Desrae and Garys Guitars. The band split in mid 1980's as Buchanan wanted to concentrate on his television career.

Buchanan's debut on television was on Saturday morning show No. 73, later renamed 7T3, where he was the resident caricaturist. He then went on to present Motormouth, and host Finders Keepers. Then he began presenting Art Attack in 1989, which he has presented ever since. In the 1990s Buchanan also presented on various shows including Animal Crazy, It's a Mystery.
