I've watched the first episode today. And I'm surprised of the difference between the original and this one. Negima!? has a whole other feeling than the original one. I'm not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing, guess I'd have to see more of it. FreakingWesley 10:26 12 Octobert 2006 (GMT+1)

Can't stop loving the Baka Rangers. I'm sad to hear they're not here anymore. There needs to be a single from their theme song. SAA! Baka Rangers!

I agree with that. I had to delete someones rants over a volume that cannot be proven facts. Someone needs to lock that as well, or just ban him from editing, because this is gonna turn into a neverending edit war>_>.Jopchan121 22:58, 6 December 2006 (UTC)

AnimeDude has been continuously adding unverified statements and opinions making the article inaccurate and doubtful. I ask for a moderator o something of the like to put a stop to the flood-editing and revert all the modifications this user has done to this article. Yukodrigo 19:30, 6 December 2006 (UTC)

However despite the new look from the old series and manga this series has been getting a lot more flak from critics and fans alike than when the 1st series aired. Many complaints stem from the fact that most of the characters have been redesigned to look different than from the old anime series and the manga. Most of which center around Nodoka and her new hairdo that essentially looks almost totally different than from the manga and 1st anime. there has also been complaints about her so called "Cosplay Card" that gives her a pair of reading glasses. Also for the reason that Asuna no longer has her signature heterochromia (2 different colored eyes). Many people also are complaining about it because it has nothing to do with the original Manga story line what-so-ever. Many Professional critics have complained that despite that it's a retelling of the story, the story-line itself seems to be totally incoherent and just plain not well thought out. There have even been calls for it's cancellation altogether. And there are rumors that Akamatsu may just pull his license out of the series, effectively canceling the show.

I have reported this guy to the AIV(Administrator intervention against vandalism), however, the mods at that time think that it is just a content dispute instead of vandalism and asked me to use the 3RR board instead. However, since I am involved in the edit war, I cannot report the opposing party. If anyone wants to carry on the job, please follow the guildlines on Wikipedia:Administrator intervention against vandalism and the best template I can find on Template:TestTemplates now is the {{comment}} (Not adhering to neutral point of view) template. If anyone can post a comment 2~4 after every edit that user made, if he/she came back to reverting after the comment4 warning, the AIV page can be used. Currently, I'd say try to unblock this page at the Wikipedia:Requests for page protection#Current requests for unprotection or the lower Current requests for significant edits to a protected page to delete the POV about angering fans and anything alike. I myself am a Nodoka fan, but even I found the other person`s statement to be a bit too much. That paragraph was too biased to be considered as a part of the "Overview" of the series. Let real critics to the critiquing and verify the sources (important!) to back up these claims.64.229.112.183 17:46, 8 December 2006 (UTC)

It appears no one has spoken in favor of that paragraph. I'll remove the protection for now but please do use WP:AN3 instead of edit warring here.
