Negru Vodă (Turkish: Karaömer) is a town in Constanţa County, Dobrogea, south-eastern Romania.
The name is probably derived from the legendary Negru Vodǎ, founder and ruler of Wallachia (the "Black Prince").
It has an area of 164.9 km²
