Ned Parker is a fictional character in the Australian soap opera Neighbours, played by Daniel O'Connor. He first appeared in 2005 and currently remains on the show.

Ned is Stuart Parker's (Blair McDonough) younger brother, who arrived in Erinsborough to help Stuart through his ordeal with Sindi (Marisa Warrington) - despite their parents' wishes, as it was lambing season on their farm in Oakey. He won the Mr. Erinsborough competition run by Toadie's bikini shop, "Bounce". From the start he was a mysterious character, often disappearing for no apparent reason. Toadie mistakingly assumed he was gay - his attempts to discover if this was the case led Ned to mistakingly assume Toadie was gay. His secret turned out to be that he enjoyed acting and musical theatre, and he eventually became the lead in Gino's play.

He has difficulties in reading, and remembered his lines for the play with help from Elle Robinson (Pippa Black), the girl he later fell in love with and kissed during a rehearsal, in full view of Gino Esposito (Shane MacNamara). He was soon after involved in an affair with Izzy Hoyland (Natalie Bassingthwaighte), only to find out Izzy was using him to keep Elle in Ramsay Street for her father Paul's (Stefan Dennis) sake.

Ned has recently grown close to nun Carmella. When he heard her sing he encouraged her to make a recording, she did it to make him happy but admitted she wasn't really keen on singing. When Ned started to become nosy with Carmella's business, she told him they were spending too much time together and wanted time out. He then grew close to Katya Kinski ( Dichen Lachman) but when Carmella found out she and Katya began to fight over Ned.
