NDCUBE

NDCUBE Co.,Ltd. is a Japanese video game developer based in Tokyo, Japan. The company was founded March 1, 2000 through a joint venture between Nintendo and Dentsu, hence the ND in the name.
Since NDCUBE was founded, they have kept a low profile working on various Japanese GameCube and Game Boy Advance titles. The most notable, and also the only game to have reached western shores being F-Zero: Maximum Velocity.
