I don't think it's true that Notre Dame is the only school that can be selected for a BCS at-large bid, it's just that they have a special provision guaranteeing them one if they qualify. To wit, Utah, despite not being in one of the BCS conferences (or being Notre Dame), received a BCS at-large bid. Thus, Army or Navy could also qualify, but they would have to be in the Top 10 or whatever the minimum is. --Cliedl 21:55, 6 August 2006 (UTC)
