He was son of Nawab Husain Ali Khan Bahadur. Though he has not ruled the Masulipatam, he was given title as Nawab and Khan Bahadur. He was just a titular prince. He married Husaini Begum Sahiba, daughter of his paternal uncle, Reza Ali Khan II (Son of Nawab Husain Ali Khan Bahadur).
