Talk:National Feminism Political Party of the United States of America

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I have no doubt that this organization exists. I have every doubt about its claim to "1,000,000 registered voters". Where are the news media reports on this? I will state as a fact that there is currently no U.S. state where one can register as a member of the "National Feminism Political Party of the United States of America" with a state election authority the way that one can register in many states as a Republican or Democrat and indeed must do so if one wishes to participate in that party's primaries. Party registration states will allow one to register as an Independent and then not participate in primaries and some states have other recognized third parties that one can register with, but I don't believe that this one is recognized by any state. One may be able to get a membership card in this group, but that's hardly the same thing as a voter registration card. I don't know if this group is notable, but know that the article as now written is erroneous and misleading and undermines the credibility of Wikipedia as a source. Rlquall 19:13, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
