[edit] Summary
In Nature Girl, Honey Santana, fed up by telemarketers, invites one from Relentless, Inc. to a phony real estate promotion in Florida's ten thousand islands in order to teach him a lesson (he called her a skank on the phone during dinner.) Fry, Honey's twelve year old, is always wary 'bout Mom's schemes. She's a hottie on a mission to make the uncivil among us civil. It is thus that telemarketers Boyd Shreave and his gal Eugenie Fonda make their way from Texas to Dismal Key, FL with Honey only to be followed by Fry and several others, including Louis Piejack, Honey's ex-boss who is obsessed with her. Also on the island are a half-Seminole and his captive coed, Gillian. Various weirdnesses surface along the way. Its pure Hiassen with a modern, updated heroine. Honey will touch yer heart.
