Nature Camp

Founded in 1942, Nature Camp is one of the nation's earliest environmental education camps for children and teens. A project of the Virginia Federation of Garden Clubs, it is located in the George Washington National Forest under a special permit from the Forest Service.

The camp is near the town of Vesuvius, at 316 Nature Camp Trail.
