National Trade Union Congress of Belize, a central trade union federation in Belize. NTUCB is affiliated to the International Trade Union Confederation. It is an umbrella organization for seven unions in Belize. These include:

- Belize National Teachers' Union
- Belize Water Services Workers' Union
- Belize Energy Workers' Union
- Public Service Union
- Belize Communication Workers' Union
