From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The National Labour Party was an Irish political party which was founded in 1944 as a breakaway from the Irish Labour Party.
Six of the Irish Labour Party's TDs claimed that the party was infiltrated by communists and formed a new party which they called National Labour. The Party was led by James Everett.
In 1950 the Irish Labour Party and the National Labour Party reunited.
