National Jet is a charter airline based in Adelaide, Australia and is part of the Cobham Plc group in England. It operates scheduled, charter, domestic, passenger and cargo services. It also provides specialist contract aviation services to government and large civil organisations and wet leasing of aircraft and crew including to Qantas under QantasLink. National Jet is the leading provider of contracted aerial passenger and freight services to large civil and government organisations in Australasia. Employing over 800 people, National Jet, through its various contracts, flies to over 50 destinations throughout Australasia.

National Jet Systems was established in 1989 and started operations on 1 July 1990. It is owned 100% by Cobham Flight Operations and Services. Its main headquarters is at Adelaide Airport (ADL), with crew hubs at Darwin International Airport (DRW), Cairns International Airport (CNS), Perth International Airport (PER) and Adelaide International Airport (ADL).
