The National Defense Medical Center (Traditional Chinese: 國防醫學院; Simplified Chinese: 国防医学院; Hanyu Pinyin: guó fáng yī xué yuàn; Tongyong Pinyin: guó fáng yi syué yuàn; Wade-Giles: kuo2 fang2 i1 hsüeh2 yüan4; abbreviation NDMC) is a national university in Taipei, Republic of China. The predecessor of National Defense Medical Center was founded by Yuan Shikai(袁世凱) in 1902.
