National College of Business and Arts

The National College of Business and Arts (also, erroneously, Administration) or NCBA was originally founded in R.Papa St., Sampaloc, Manila in the 1960s until the colleges were transferred to Fairview, Quezon City. The college also has branches and allies in nearby cities and provinces.
