Nathan Stanton

Nathan Stanton signed for Rochdale AFC in the summer of 2006 on a year long contract. Stanton's perfomances (excluding Lincoln) have been nothing short of superb. From having Manchester City's £5 million striker Georgios Samaras in his pocket to making last ditch tackles saving Rochdale time and time again. Stanton is a superb centre back who I hope will remain at the club for longer than just one season. Stanton has so far made 16 appearances for Rochdale AFC this season and has only had one average game. Stanton has made 291 appearances in total so far and i'm sure his career will continue for years to come.

Stanton will wear number 18 for Rochdale AFC this season.

Nathan Stanton is a legend. He once had a banana skin thrown at him - and didn't flinch!
