Nathan Jones is a Welsh proffesional football (soccer) defender, currently playing for Yeovil Town.

His first proffesional club was Spanish club Numancia, where he stayed for a year before returning to the United Kingdom to play for Southend United in 1997. He spent three seasons at Southend, including a season long loan at Scarborough, and left for [Brighton & Hove Albion F.C.|Brighton & Hove Albion]]. Here he made over 100 appearances and scored over 50 goals in the five seasons he spent there before moving to Yeovil in 2005.
