Nathan Blake

Nathan Blake (born 27 January 1972, Cardiff, Wales) is a professional footballer plying his trade in English football.

Blake typically plays as striker, and has played at the top-level for various clubs in his career, such as Blackburn Rovers, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Bolton Wanderers and Leeds United. He has scored over 70 goals in some 383 league appearances. He also has 29 caps for Wales and 4 international goals to his name.

By his own admission^{[citation needed]}, Blake would love to return to Cardiff City, his childhood heroes, before his playing days are over. He most recently played for near-neighbours Newport County.
