Nate Salley (born February 5, 1984 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida) is an American football free safety, who currently plays for the National Football League's Carolina Panthers. He was drafted in round four, pick 121 of the 2006 NFL Draft. Salley played college football for Ohio State University. Salley was a two-sport star at St.Thomas Aquinas High School in Ft.Lauderdale, FL, same high school of Michael Irvin and Brian Piccolo. Nate won both a football and basketball state championship before graduating in 2002.
