Nate Bump

Nathan Louis Bump (b. July 24, 1976 in Towanda, Pennsylvania) is a Major League Baseball relief pitcher. He was drafted by the San Francisco Giants in the 1998 Major League Baseball Amateur Draft as the 25th overall pick from Penn State University. He was traded in 1999 by the San Francisco Giants with Jason Grilli in exchange for Livan Hernandez from the Marlins. Bump has played for the Marlins from 2003-2005, being inactive for the 2006 season.
