Natalis Chan Pak Chueng (Chinese: 陳百祥; sometimes credited as Nat Chan, or Natalie Chan), born September 7, 1958 in Hong Kong is TV Programme Host with the highest wages in Hong Kong. Sometimes he will also be a movie actor.

He is know as "ah Nat" 阿叻 as he is always arrogant.

He was the commentary host of horse-racing programme and horse-trainer. His horses in total win 54 times champion and he win 6 times 3T.

He was the first Lamborghini car owner in Hong Kong.

In the recent decade, he invested in Stareast Entertainment Group with Eric Tsang.
