NATO Medium Extended Air Defense System Management Agency

The NATO Medium Extended Air Defense System Management Agency (abbreviated NAMEADSMA), located in Huntsville, Alabama, is an agency founded by NATO in July 1996to oversee the Medium Extended Air Defense System, a joint military project intended to replace aging NATO Patriot missiles.

The United States, Germany and Italy are contributing toward the project. Former partner France has withdrawn from the project.
