Nashville Rebel is Waylon Jennings' third album for RCA Victor, released in 1966. It is the soundtrack to the Jay Sheridan film of the same name. It includes a cover of The Beatles' "Norwegian Wood" from Rubber Soul (1965). Shooter Jennings performed, in portrayal of his father, "I'm a Long Way from Home" for the soundtrack to the Johnny Cash biopic Walk the Line in 2005.
