Sadiq Fitrat Nashnas صادق فطرت ناشناس is a very famous singer of Pashto and Persian songs. Though he is a national of Afghanistan but is equally popular among Pashtun population of Pakistan. He received his P.H.D in Pashto Literature in the early 1970's in Moscow. He has a very large following of new singers who try to imitate his unique style of singing. Dr. Nashenas is very widely known as an icon and role model for many singers. There is not yet someone that can't select the poetry that he chooses and understand it at the same time. Fitrat had his final concerts in 2004 touring California, New York, Washington D.C and Canada.
