NASCAR 2001 is a racing simulator video game developed and published by EA Sports. The game was released on October 30, 2000 for the PlayStation, and became the first the first from EA Sports' NASCAR series to be released for the PlayStation 2 on November 7, 2000. NASCAR 2001 was the fourth game in the NASCAR series. Its features included:

  • 20 car field (18 car field for PSX)
  • Over 30 NASCAR Winston Cup drivers
  • 14 NASCAR Winston Cup tracks, including Daytona International Speedway for the first time
