Narco may refer to:

• Narco is a Mexican slang word for narcotraficante otherwise known in the United States as narcotics trafficker, i.e. somebody involved in drug dealing. The word has an overtone of pejorative connotations as narcos are typically considered a nusiance in society.

Narco is 2004 a French film about a narcoleptic who dreams about comic book superheroes. In a minor role, Jean Claude Van Damme plays a mentor-like buddy of the heroes.
