William Grammer (born November 25th, 1979 in Warner Robins, Georgia) is an independent director, producer, and editor.

Born in Georgia in 1979, Grammer began making films at the age of 13 with a borrowed VHS-C Camcorder and an imagination. During his high school years he performed in various theatrical productions including Aladdin, Best Days of Your Life, The Music Man, and South Pacific. During this time Grammer also produced and filmed his own movies with friends and family. In 1998 he co-wrote/produced/directed his first original movie Psychophobia, a short film about the consequences of teen lust.

In 1998 Grammer enjoyed a very brief stint at the Savannah College of Art and Design before moving to Athens, home of the University of Georgia. From 1998-2003 he continued to work on his film projects while starting a family of his own. Most of these films never got past the production stage due to budget, time, and cast availability. However in 2003 Grammer met an enthusiastic group of people know as the Macon Clones. It was here that the film SPEEDER was born.

Along with SPEEDER, Grammer directed other Star Wars fan films including Remote, Anniversary, and Busted, which won an award in comedy at the 2006 Macon Film Festival. In February 2006, Grammer wrote, produced, and directed another Star Wars fan film entitled "Blue Milk".
